Read this first: this is not medical advice

Baby Sleeping Coach provides sleep coaching services and educational content. We are not doctors, pediatricians, or licensed medical professionals. Nothing on this website, in any downloadable guide, in any consultation, or in any written or verbal communication with us constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. If your child has a medical condition, suspected medical condition, or any symptom that concerns you, contact a qualified healthcare professional before making any change based on our content or services.

1. Medical disclaimer (full version)

The information shared by Baby Sleeping Coach, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, downloadable guides, social media content, email correspondence, video content, telephone consultations, and one-on-one coaching, is for general educational and informational purposes only.

Our consultants are trained in non-medical sleep coaching methodologies. We are not licensed as medical doctors, pediatricians, registered dietitians, occupational therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists in any jurisdiction.

Before starting any sleep coaching program, you should obtain clearance from your child's pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider, particularly if your child has, or is suspected of having, any of the following:

If your child cries in a way that worries you, if your child becomes ill during a program, or if you become concerned at any point, stop the program and contact a healthcare professional. The cost of any medical consultation or treatment remains your responsibility.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We do not prescribe medication or supplements. We do not provide therapy or counselling. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing mental health distress, contact a qualified mental health professional or your local crisis service.

2. Results, expectations & no guarantee

Every child is different. Every family is different. Sleep coaching outcomes depend on a range of factors including the child's age, temperament, developmental stage, health, and the consistency with which a plan is followed.

Any specific results, statistics, or testimonials presented on this website or in our materials reflect the experience of specific past clients and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for your child. We do not warrant, guarantee, or promise any specific result.

Where we reference an "improvement guarantee" or similar in our program materials, this refers to additional coaching support being provided at no extra cost if a defined milestone is not reached within a defined window, subject to the client following the agreed plan consistently. It does not constitute a refund guarantee or a guarantee of a specific sleep outcome.

3. Services we provide

We offer non-medical sleep coaching services that may include:

The scope and duration of any service is defined in the package selected at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

4. Bookings, payments & refunds

All bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full or per the payment schedule agreed in writing. Payment is taken in advance of the consultation.

You may reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the agreed time at no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the agreed time is at our discretion and may incur a fee.

Refunds are not available once a consultation has commenced. If you have a concern about a service you received, please raise it with us in writing within 7 days and we will work with you to find a resolution that is fair to both parties.

Where a program includes follow-up coaching, this support is valid for the period specified in your package and is not transferable. Unused follow-up time does not roll over.

5. Your responsibilities as a parent or caregiver

By using our services or content, you confirm that:
